BFH Workout #34: Jim Brown

 

Jim Brown is a former American football player and actor, born on February 17, 1936, in St. Simons, Georgia. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest football players of all time. Brown played running back for the Cleveland Browns in the NFL from 1957 to 1965. During his career, he set numerous records and earned many accolades, including three MVP awards and eight rushing titles. After retiring from football, Brown pursued a successful acting career, appearing in numerous films and television shows. He has also been involved in activism and philanthropy, advocating for civil rights and social justice causes.

50 Goblet Grip Squats

40 Shoulder Taps

30 Push Ups

20 Pike Push Ups

Exercise List

Goblet Grip Squats

Hold the dumbbell at chest height. Push your hips back and keep your chest up as you come down. Reach parallel and push through your heels to come up.

Shoulder Taps

Start in a high plank position. Take one hand off the floor and touch the opposite shoulder.

Repeating on the opposite side.

Push Ups

Start in a prone position with your hands chest width apart and your wrist under your elbows. Lower your body to the ground and push yourself back to the starting position.

Pike Push Ups

Start in pike position. Raise your hips as much as you can keeping your legs extended. Lower your head towards the ground. Press yourself back up to the starting position.

Plank Step Ups

Start in a push-up position next to a bench or chair. Step up onto the bench or chair. Then, step down to the starting position.
