FSW AGOGE Workout #2: The Power of the Push Up

In order to be the best you must push yourself beyond your limits. Don't be afraid of what you are capable of. Today's workout was supposed to be push ups, and burpees. I decided to added a little Spartan flair to the routine, and challenged myself to do a little bit more than what I was used to.

Here's the workout breakdown:
5 Clap Push Ups
5 Push Up Split Jumps
5 Riser Clap Push Ups
5 Split Jumps
5 Combos

The combo is the clap push up to push up split jump to split jump.

Repeat the workout for 5 Rounds.
