The Ultimate Treadmill Workout!

The treadmill is more than just a machine use to warm up, or get in some cardio when you cant think of anything else to do in the gym. Here are four exercises that you can do on the treadmill that will help develop your full upper body and core. 

Here is the breakdown:

Total routine time:
7 Minutes (Beginners)
11 Minutes (Intermediate)
15 minutes (Advanced)

Rest for 1 minute in between each exercise with the exception of the last exercise.
