Jumping Lunge Tutorial
Exercise Breakdown:
Start with your feet shoulder width apart.Eyes forward. Chest up. Step one leg back. Drop into the lunge. Jump in the air and switch legs. Land softly.
Modification:
Take out the jump and step into a reverse lunge.
Key Points:
Make sure your arms move opposite of legs.Never have your legs in line with each other. Use a staggered stance.
