1 Minute Rest in between each set.
Exercise #2: Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 Sets of 5 reps.
1 Minute Rest in between each set.
Exercise #3: Bench Press 4 Sets of 5 reps.
1 Minute Rest in between each set.
