Exercise #1: Run in Place 30 Seconds

Exercise #2: Mountain Climbers 30 Seconds

Exercise #3: Squat Jumps

Exercise #4: Jumping Jacks

Exercise #5: Burpees

Repeat for 3 rounds with a 10 second rest in between each exercise.
