Exercise #1: Dumbbell Combo 2 Lateral Raises 2 Curls 2 Shoulder Press 2 Squats 2 Jab/Cross Combos
Exercise #2: Chest Openers
Exercise #3: Cross Chest Openers
Exercise #4: Good Morning Back Openers
Exercise #5: Deltoid Openers to Shoulder Openers
30 Seconds each exercise with a 10 second rest in between. Repeat for three rounds.
