There are 4 exercises involved in this workout and two card decks.

Exercise #1: Push Ups

The Deck of Cards 2

Exercise #2: Weighted Sit Ups

Exercise #3: Jumping Jacks

Exercise #4: Burpees (Jokers and Aces only)

Workout Breakdown:

💥Pull 1 card from each deck

💥Deck 1 is Push Ups

💥Deck 2 is Weighted Sit Ups

Take the number of reps from each card pulled and add them together to get the total number of jumping jacks that need to be completed.

  • Kings are worth 25 Reps
  • Queens are worth 20 Reps
  • Jacks are worth 15 Reps
  • Aces and Jokers are worth 30 Burpees.

Equipment Needed:

One Weighted Plate (Moderately heavy)
