Let's get started.
We're going to talk about protecting your peace. Last time, we focused on planting the seed that represented your dream. We put it in a hole; we put dirt over it and planted that sign that said coming soon.
Then we went back to our spot, and we waited patiently. Right now, I want you to return to that spot you were at when you planted your seed.
Get into a comfortable position. Pull your shoulders back and lift your head, lengthening your spine.
We will focus on three deep, eight-second breaths to calm the body.
Prepare for your breath.

As you feel your body calm down and that energy around you is getting more vibrant, imagine walls are starting to rise around you, covering your body, rising high, higher than you can imagine.
As these walls rise around you, their sole purpose is to protect your peace.
This peaceful state you're sitting in now needs to be protected because that seed you planted with your dream requires you to focus your faith on it.
For that seed to grow, it needs your faith, and your faith is like the rain that waters over that spot that allows that seed to get the nutrients from the soil.
Your faith doubles as the sunlight hitting that spot allows that seed to break out of its casing, push through the dirt, and blossom into that tree that bears fruit.
Prepare for your next breath.

As those walls rise, there leaves an opening, an open space at the top of the new structure around you, and that space is to allow the sunlight to come in.
Much like that seed in the ground, you need to receive the rain and the sun to strengthen your faith and focus.
Now, if you're wondering why you need to protect your peace so much, many forces in the outside world will try to break your peace.
These forces can affect your peace even if they aren't attempting to break your body or mind.
The attacks may not be physical, they may not be mental, they are spiritual attacks that you don't see.
These attacks can stem from little things such as getting cut off on the freeway on your way to work or stubbing your toe in the morning as you head to the bathroom to brush your teeth.
There will always be something that breaks your peace that you can't seem to protect yourself from, and although some of these nuisances and negative forces can't be avoided, we can put armor around ourselves so that we can push through them a little bit easier.
Prepare for the next breath.

Now, while protecting your peace, not only do you need to bring the walls up, but you need to fortify those walls. How do you strengthen your walls that protect your peace?
Through positive thoughts and affirmations, even if you don't say them out loud.
Take this time to think of something positive to say about yourself.
It's very easy to see the positivity in others, and it can sometimes be effortless to motivate others, but sitting down and motivating yourself takes a different level of faith.
While sitting here, you want to focus on one very positive thought that can affect you today in a way you could have never thought it could.
One thought that will help you protect your peace.
Prepare for your next breath.

Now that you have that thought in your mind, imagine the words of that positive thought wrapping around you and turning into armor around your body, completely covering you.
Now imagine the words from that positive thought going out into the walls around you, refortifying them, making them stronger, and creating that barrier that protects your peace.
This barrier will allow you to focus your faith on that seed.
Prepare for your next breath.

Now, as you feel your armor being built around you, the walls around you being refortified, and your faith is focused.
You have officially protected your peace.
If you ever feel like you're losing that protection, think of that positive thought about yourself and say it repeatedly.
Use that thought as your armor every time you say it.
Imagine it wrapping around your body.
Imagine it being a helmet over your head.
Imagine building walls around you wherever you go to protect your peace, and if you can do that, it will be easy to get through anything.
It will be easy for you to focus on your faith, and then, as you have that seed that has been planted, and you're waiting for it to grow. You will know that you're able to withstand anything and remain patient.
So when that seed grows, and it bears fruit, you are strong and ready to work with the fruit it bears.
Prepare for your next breath.

Remember that, thought.
Say that thought to yourself again in your head, or say it out loud.
Feel your peace has been protected.
As I finished the last breath I opened my eyes and prepared for the next section.
