FSW+ Exercise Tracker
This tracker is the tool we are going to use to take our bodies to another level. I say “we” because I will be right there with you every step of the way.
Fitness is about mastering the body, and that’s exactly what we are going to do. I have selected 5 exercise to focus on. Once we have mastered those 5 exercises, I will select another 5 to master. The exercise will range from body weight drills to weighted exercises. This process will shape your bod in ways you have not use it before. There will also be fitness test thrown in to be able to test your progress as well as challenges to test your physical limits.
This tracker is designed to be used as a tool to add to your FSW+ membership, but it can also be used with the free classes to track your progress.
