The Hero Training Program (4 Week Workout Routine) by Glenn Payne Jr.
This program is a combination of some of my best workouts from my days as a trainer at Title Box Club in Pasadena (which sadly shut down in 2019), City Athletix (sadly shut down in 2017) and new routines like my FSW AGOGE Workouts (which were designed to prepare me for the Spartan Races). These routines were added in later. Because of these routines I honed my abilities as a trainer and an athlete, and they helped me to reach a superhero level shape. I even posted all of these workouts on YouTube as individual videos.
One day, years later, I grew out of shape. I was looking through my channel and I realized that I lost the dedication to the craft of fitness that I once had. I started watching my old workouts and realized that, if I were to be combined all of these workouts into a routine, I could get in a better shape than I was before. As I watched the videos, I also realized that these were just snippets of workouts, and I never showed myself doing the full routine. In my mind this didn’t make me a true hero/ athlete, if I just showed highlights of my routine, and not me fully completing the routine. I've seen many YouTube fitness celebrities show routines that were only highlights, and it never really proved if the routine was the reason they were in the shape they were in.
As a new challenge to myself I decided to create a 4 week routine using all of the workouts that I created on my channel and record every single workout fully. I wanted to prove to the world that this program really does work, and it’s not just a program I promote. If you want to get in real hero shape this is the program to use.
