Dumbbell Jab/Cross Start in a boxing stance with a dumbbell in each hand. Throw a jab then a cross. |
Front Kicks Start in a fighting stance. Lift your knee up to the front of your chest and kick out in front of you. |
Walk Out Push Ups Begin with feet shoulder width apart. Bend at the waist and walk hands out to a push up position. Lower body down. Press through your arms to rise back up. Walk hands back towards your legs and stand up. |
Side Kicks Start in a fighting stance. Lean to one side, lift your knee up and kick to the side of your body. |
Lunges Stand with your feet together. Step forward into a lunge. Step back up to the starting position. Repeat as you alternate legs. |
