Gloria Hendry is an American actress best known for her roles in blaxploitation films during the 1970s. Born on March 3, 1949, in Winter Haven, Florida, she began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. Hendry gained prominence for her role as Rosie Carver, the first African American Bond girl, in the 1973 James Bond film "Live and Let Die." She also appeared in other notable films such as "Black Caesar" and "Black Belt Jones." Throughout her career, Hendry has continued to work in film and television, leaving a lasting impact on the entertainment industry.

50 Dumbbell Jab/Cross

100 Front Kicks (each side)

10 Walk Out Push Ups

50 Side Kicks (each side)

50 Lunges

 

Exercise List

Dumbbell Jab/Cross

Start in a boxing stance with a dumbbell in each hand. Throw a jab then a cross.

Front Kicks

Start in a fighting stance. Lift your knee up to the front of your chest and kick out in front of you.

Walk Out Push Ups

Begin with feet shoulder width apart. Bend at the waist and walk hands out to a push up position. Lower body down. Press through your arms to rise back up.

Walk hands back towards your legs and stand up.

Side Kicks

Start in a fighting stance. Lean to one side, lift your knee up and kick to the side of your body.

Lunges

Stand with your feet together. Step forward into a lunge. Step back up to the starting position.

Repeat as you alternate legs.
