The Creation of Faster Stronger Wiser
    Faster Stronger Wiser

The concept Faster Stronger Wiser came to me in a dream. At the time, I left basketball to start my career as a personal trainer. The dream started with me dead, or I thought I was dead. Prior to me falling asleep that night I had a near death encounter that I will explain later. I was in what seemed like heaven, and I was in the midst of a conversation with a godly being.
The being said to me, “You have failed because you have not utilized your full potential."
I asked, “What was I supposed to do?  I thought basketball was my tool to change the world.”
The being then asked, “What was the one main weapon that you possessed to reach your goal?
    I responded, “I don’t know.”
The being replied, “What was your reasoning behind choosing basketball as your life’s goal.”
I responded, “Well, I wanted to be the best.”
The being said, “You wanted to be the best basketball player not the best athlete, and because of that you limited yourself, and what you could do for other people. Since you squandered your gifts your you are cutting your time on earth short.”
Devastated and scared, I asked desperately, “How do I get back on track?”
    The being said “Speed".
I woke up drenched in sweat. After waking up, and gathering myself, I wrote down the word faster on a piece a paper. The next day I dedicated all my workouts to enhancing my speed. For years I designed my routines myself, and I had no idea that this process of finding the perfect workout would lead to my life’s work.  That dream saved my life because now, I knew fitness was going to be my tool to impact the world. Fitness combined everything I loved combat sports, obstacle course racing and basketball. I did not have to choose one or the other to be considered a great athlete. I could master them all as long as mastered the elements that made you great in every athletic arena. Speed was the key element to mastering all of those crafts. With speed comes strength, and to master both areas you need wisdom. This revelation was like an explosion in my life. I had a new purpose. I had a new goal, and this goal had no restrictions.

No age limits. No time limits.

I was blessed with the revelation that you can always be better than you were yesterday, so consistently getting better is what my life was focused on from that point on.
This was the birth of the concept “Faster Stronger Wiser".
