Dumbbell Jab/Cross Start in a boxing stance with a dumbbell in each hand. Throw a jab then a cross. |
Jump Ropes Jump rope with the rope passing under your feet once each jump. |
Sit Up to Jab/Cross Start in a sit up position. Perform the sit up and throw a jab/cross combo at the top of the exercise.

Push Ups Start in a prone position with your hands chest width apart and your wrist under your elbows. Lower your body to the ground and push yourself back to the starting position. |
Jumping Jacks Start by standing with your feet together. In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head. Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position. Increase speed as you feel comfortable. |
