George Foreman is a former professional boxer and Olympic gold medalist who was born on January 10, 1949, in Marshall, Texas, USA. He rose to fame in the boxing world during the 1970s, becoming the heavyweight champion of the world twice. Foreman is well-known for his powerful punching ability and imposing physique. After retiring from boxing, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and became a successful businessman, notably known for his line of George Foreman Grills. Additionally, he is a minister and author, known for his charismatic personality and positive outlook on life.

25 Dumbbell Triceps Extensions

100 Dumbbell Jab/Cross

100 Jump Ropes

25 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Exercise List

Dumbbell Triceps Extensions

Tip forward at the hips and hold dumbbell with your arm bent to 90 degrees. Extend your arm back engaging your triceps. Lower slowly to starting position. Keep your core tight.

Dumbbell Jab/Crosses

Start in a boxing stance with a dumbbell in each hand. Throw a jab then a cross.

Jump Ropes

Jump rope with the rope passing under your feet once each jump.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dumbbell Shoulder Presses

Start with your arms at 90 degrees. Press the dumbbells straight up. Lower with a slow controlled motion.

Sit Up to Jab/Cross Combo

Start on your back with your knees bent, a dumbbell in each hand. Place your hands by your face in a boxing guard and lift your torso off the ground. Keep your gaze on the ceiling and keep your chest up. Throw a jab/cross punch combo at the top of the sit-up and repeat the exercise.
