We are on the final chapter of the Growing Your Dream series, and in this last chapter, we will focus on delivering your seed to the next generation.
In the last chapter, we talked about extracting the seed and being able to utilize it so you can spread it to the new generation.
We will go deeper into how you deliver that seed to the next generation. The breath cadence for this chapter will be your deep eight-second in and eight-second out-breath because that is the number of new beginnings.
You're promoting a new beginning for your seed to the next generation. So get in a comfortable position.
You can cross your legs or be seated in a chair.
Lift your chest, roll your shoulders back.
Prepare for your next breath.

When you deliver your seed to the next generation, you spend time planting and growing your seed.
Your seed is your dream.
Now, if you're wondering how you deliver your dream to the world to the next generation, you do it by consistently exercising what your dream is.
I am a personal trainer.
For me to deliver my dream to the world, which is to get people in shape and change people's lives through physical exercise, I have to continue to train people individually, host boot camps, give out fitness advice, give out nutritional advice, and constantly be gaining information that I can t spread to people to help them.
I always use the example of a carpenter.
If you're a carpenter, you deliver your dream seed to the world as you continue to build.
Not only are you continuing to build, you're teaching people how to make.
You're creating blueprints for the next generation.
A carpenter is very important, but he's even more important when he can teach his skill sets to his son or daughter.
Passing this knowledge is essential because that blueprint can now be passed on to multiple generations.
Prepare for your next breath.

Think about how you can be a blueprint.
You've planted your dream, you've grown it, you've protected it, you've weathered the storms that have been trying to destroy it.
You've gone through the storm, grown your dream, extracted the seeds from it, and now, with those seeds, create a blueprint.
Handing a seed over to somebody is nothing if you don't teach them how to plant it, water it, and make it grow.
Take your time to create the blueprint of your dream because as you create it, you're not only preparing it to deliver to the world, you're reinforcing it into your mind.
Sometimes, that's the most important person that needs to see it. You.
As we live our dreams, sometimes we forget how we constructed it. We forget how we planted it, how we grew it.
Then, as we're trying to tell somebody, we start to remember the process it took to get to our dream and fulfill it.
You must never forget to deliver your dream and seed to the world because that's how you make it stronger, and that's how you make it real.
If you keep it bottled up inside, and people can't see it, you can't deliver it to the next generation.
That dream will eventually die.
A message only passed on once or twice lives with the person who holds on to it the last.

This book originated as an audio series, and after a few years of letting it sit online, I decided to convert the series into a book. I was working at a company I loved and found out it didn't love me. I was in a field where I was living my dream, but I was living it for someone else. So, as the series concluded, I realized it was time for me to deliver my dream to the world by using my message.
So, as much as this series was a help to others, it was also to help myself.
Take some time to review the answers to the food-for-thought questions.
Use those answers as a blueprint to see your dream be fulfilled.
I thank you all for your time and for reading this book. I hope you have a great life.
Grow your dream. Deliver it to the world.
