Remember:
As you read through these guided meditations, there will be breaks to go through your breath cadences. Use the chart as a reference to start. Once you are comfortable, perform the breath cadences with your eyes closed to promote the visualization of your dream coming true.
Ensure you are comfortable reading this meditation series to get the most out of it.
Enjoy.Today, we are going to be talking about watching your dream grow.
Throughout this book, we discussed planting your dream, protecting your peace, weathering through storms, and the calm after the storm.
Now that everything has calmed down and that focus on that spot where your dream was planted, we will begin to watch your dream grow.
Based on the number of new beginnings, we're returning to the eight-second breath, which is 8 seconds in and 8 seconds out.
Because as your dream starts to grow, it is a new beginning for your dream.
Let's begin with an eight-second breath.

I want you to visualize your dream starting to grow.
Whatever you're dreaming about, visualize it starting to sprout from the ground.
Imagine it being capsulized in that seed and starting to break through, pushing through the dirt.
As it pushes through the soil, the sprouts come out of the ground.
Prepare for your next breath.

Focus on your dream manifesting from that sprout as it pushes through the dirt.
Imagine your dream starting to come to fruition.
Imagine getting that call from the hiring manager if it's a new job.
If it's a new house, imagine a real estate agent having you sign the paperwork, shaking your hand, and telling you the house is yours.
If it's just a breakthrough in your job, imagine that promotion coming through, your boss calling you into the office and giving you the good news.
Whatever your dream is, imagine that first part where the dream starts to come true.
Imagine your dream peaking through the soil.
Because your dream, when it starts to come through, even though it may seem like everything's going well, there's still going to be some challenges ahead.
Prepare for your next breath.

This is where the work begins.
Mentally, when you are watering, much like watering a plant, just because it starts to come true does not mean you are done doing any work.
Your dream cannot come true without anything happening. You have to do some additional things to make it grow.
And I would say that by imagining your dream as a tree, getting ready to grow that first sprout from the ground does not mean it's done.
You're still going to need to water it.
You're going to have to take care of it.
You'll have to stop the insects from trying to eat it.
You'll have to keep sunlight on it, and even though you are visually in that open field with your dream, you still have to work to ensure it entirely comes true. As you're sitting there reading in that relaxed position and seeing your dream starting to sprout out, whatever your dream may be, understand that there's more work to be done.
What you have to do is you have to imagine yourself watering that dream and focusing on that dream every single day.
Just because you have the first doorway open does not mean you don't have to walk through it.
Prepare for your next breath.

Enjoy this silence.
Increase your focus.
See your dream starting to grow.
As it starts to grow, be prepared to water it.
Be ready to tend to fight off all the insects trying to eat at your dream.
Please keep it in the sunlight, nurture it, and ensure it grows.
The way you do that is by continually focusing on your dream.
Before this chapter ends, you have one assignment.
Schedule yourself ten minutes a day of uninterrupted focus on your dream.
Prepare for your next breath.
