How Fight Flow Works
Fight Flow blends 52 Blocks shadowboxing with the "52 Blocks" martial-art combo system. Each match is a series of 3-minute rounds with 30-second rest between them. A new combo appears every 10 seconds — follow the calls, keep your form, and finish every round.
Pick Your Training Mode
Choose Shadowboxing (no equipment, light dumbbells optional) or Heavy Bag(wrap your hands first). Then pick a format — Quick Workout is open to everyone, while the rest unlock as you progress.
Round Structure
Every round is 3 minutes of work. A fresh combo is called out every 10 seconds — punch and move to the call. When the round ends you get 30 seconds of rest, then the next round starts automatically.
The 52 Blocks System
Combos use the six boxing punches (1 Jab, 2 Cross, 3 L Hook, 4 R Hook, 5 L Uppercut, 6 R Uppercut) plus the 52 Blocks defensive moves — Raise the Gate, Cover the Bullet, Slip, Duck, Weave, Roll the Dice, and more. Harder formats pull from bigger, more advanced combo pools.
Iron Man Is Endless
Iron Man has no round cap — rounds keep stacking until you tap stop. A single round finished counts as a valid Iron Man session, so even a short effort is logged.
Mark It Complete
After your last round, tap Mark as Complete & Save Stats on the summary screen. Only completed matches add to your totals, round count, and progression — quitting early doesn't count toward unlocking the next format.
Trophies & Stats
Earn trophies for total rounds (5 → 100), full matches (3 → 50), and Iron Man sessions (15 → 100). Your profile tracks rounds, matches, and Iron Man totals, plus your activity streak keeps climbing with every completed session.
