Health & Fitness Data: We collect workout performance data, game scores and trophies, body metric history, wellness checklist activity, program progress, and any fitness-related content you voluntarily enter. This data is provided solely by you and is used to power the Platform's tracking and gamification features.
Payment Information: Subscription billing and one-time purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
Usage Data: We may collect device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, session duration, and other diagnostic data to maintain and improve Platform performance.
Communications: If you contact us or submit a client intake form, we retain those communications to provide coaching support and improve our services.
Email Preferences: If you opt into email reminders, we store your preferences and associated email address to send the requested notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: (a) operate and maintain the Platform and all its features; (b) process transactions and manage subscriptions; (c) deliver email reminders and notifications you have opted into; (d) track and display workout progress, game statistics, trophies, and leaderboard standings; (e) provide personal training intake and program delivery for coaching clients; (f) send important account and service-related communications; (g) comply with legal obligations; and (h) improve and develop new features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Sensitive Health Information
The Platform may allow you to enter sensitive health-related information including body measurements, medical history (via the client intake form), nutrition data, and readiness indicators. This information is stored securely and used solely to support your training and wellness experience. It is never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).
Base44: The Platform is built on the Base44 development platform, which provides cloud infrastructure, database storage, and authentication services. Data is stored securely within their infrastructure.
Email Services: We use email delivery services to send transactional and reminder emails you have opted into.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your profile, game data, trophies, and personal information. Payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations. Backup copies may persist for a brief period before permanent deletion.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your data resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you are between 13 and 18, use of the Platform requires parental or guardian consent.
8. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at owner@fasterstrongerwiser.com. You may also delete your account directly from the Membership Portal. You can manage email reminder preferences in your Membership Portal at any time. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information.
