Essential / Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are required for the Platform to function. They enable authentication (keeping you logged in), session management, and core features like accessing your game profile, viewing your class schedule, tracking workout progress, and processing payments. You cannot opt out of these cookies without losing Platform functionality.

Functional / Preference Cookies: These cookies remember your choices and settings — such as your selected workout program, reminder preferences, game mode selections, and profile customizations — so they are maintained between sessions.

Analytics Cookies: We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform — such as which pages are visited most often, how long sessions last, and where users encounter errors. This data is aggregated and anonymized and is used to improve Platform performance. You may opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.

Third-Party Cookies: Certain third-party services integrated into the Platform may set their own cookies:

• Stripe: Stripe may place cookies to support payment processing, fraud prevention, and billing management. These are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.
• Zoom: When accessing live class links, Zoom may set cookies or use tracking technologies governed by Zoom's Privacy Policy.

We use cookies to: (a) authenticate users and maintain secure login sessions; (b) remember game progress, workout program state, and user preferences; (c) ensure the Platform operates correctly across sessions and devices; (d) process payments securely through Stripe; (e) prevent fraudulent activity and protect account security; (f) analyze Platform usage to improve features and performance; and (g) enable email reminder preferences to be stored and respected.

Session Cookies: Deleted automatically when you close your browser or end your session.

Persistent Cookies: Stored on your device for periods ranging from 30 days to 2 years, depending on their purpose. Authentication cookies typically expire after 30–90 days. Preference cookies may persist for up to 1 year.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to: view cookies currently stored, block all or specific cookies, delete cookies at any time, and receive alerts when cookies are being placed.

Important: Blocking or deleting essential cookies will impair Platform functionality, including your ability to log in, access your profile, track progress, and use premium features. We are not responsible for reduced functionality resulting from cookie restrictions you apply.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Our Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding personal information collected through cookies. You have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal data collected through cookies.
